What the intake may ask for.

Camelot may collect contact information, business or household details, coverage needs, location, renewal timing, current insurance details, claims history, and optional policy documents needed to evaluate coverage options.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through the intake form.

Server-side validation and rate limiting
Encrypted storage or encrypted handoff to the approved intake system
File uploads stored outside public web root
Email alerts that do not expose sensitive submission details
Staff-only review access with audit logging
